Privacy policy
Last updated: 30 October 2026
Honeypetal makes planning apps for Australian families. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and the waitlist, why, and how we look after it. We’ll update it before the Honeypetal apps open to more families.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect:
- your email address
- your first name, if you give it
- which Honeypetal products you’re interested in
- your state or territory, if you give it
- how you found us (for example, a link from Facebook)
We don’t ask for any information about your children on the waitlist.
Why we collect it
To email you about Honeypetal: when there’s a spot for your family, and occasional updates about the products you chose. We also use the totals (for example, how many people are interested in each product) to plan what we build.
Where it’s kept and who can see it
Waitlist details are stored with our database provider, Supabase, in their Sydney, Australia data centre. This website is delivered by Cloudflare. Our emails are sent by Resend, an email service based in the United States, which receives your email address and first name only to deliver each email. Only Honeypetal’s administrators can see the waitlist. We don’t sell your information.
Unsubscribing, changes and deleting your details
Every email we send will include a way to unsubscribe. You can also ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing hello@honeypetal.app.
Questions or complaints
